Went in for oil change & inspection (cant comment on other services). My parents had been going there for years and when I moved to the area I decided to give it a try. Loved it. Low key, sweet people, direct, quick, no overselling... A greatly priced local business, & feel like old days.

I had used Akey Breakey for years and felt like a valued customer. I had a bearing that needed replacement and the defect was visible without having to lift the car or open the hood. I specifically told them I needed a new bearing. When I picked up my car they informed me that I needed an alignment not a bearing and I paid for it but as I drove away I could still hear the noise made from broken bearing I took it back to get the bearing fixed and they did another unnecessary job and charged me for it. Again the bearing was making noise so I took it back a 3rd time. I explained that I brought it in for a bearing and instead they charged me over $700 for unnecessary work. I asked the owner if he thought it was fair to charge me for unnecessary work and if they would fix the bearing and refund the money he charged for unnecessary work. He said it was fair to do work i didn't request

I went to Akey Brakey as dealer said needed front axle. Guess what free inspection and DO not need. They were going to charge 1600 at dealer. Akey Brakey half amount. No more dishonest dealer!!!!Thank you!!!!

Had my car breakdown 2hr from home on business. Akey Brakey was the closest place I could limp into, and their mechanic had years of previous dealership knowledge of my Pacifica. It helped me get bad on the road before closing the same day. When I told my boss how my bad day went, I just told him the worst thing is I now know a really good mechanic who’s 2hrs from my house.
