Bacio di Latte in Calabasas is such a beautiful gelato spot. The storefront is bright and inviting, and the inside feels clean, warm, and thoughtfully designed, with wood accents, display shelves, and a view into the preparation area. It has a polished café feel but still feels cozy enough to sit and enjoy dessert. I tried the hazelnut gelato, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had in the United States. The only one I’ve had that was better was in Capri, Italy, which says a lot. It was rich, creamy, and had that deep, authentic hazelnut flavor that really stood out. The gelato display looked fresh and tempting, with flavors like Pistachio, Salted Caramel, Gianduiotto, Cioccolato Belga, and the special Liana’s Shortcake. I also loved the little details, like the waffle cones, affogato bar, cookie-and-gelato menu, and decorative displays of strawberries, chocolate, nuts, and cones. Everything feels curated and high quality. This is a great place for a quick dessert, a casual date, or a stop after dinner in Calabasas. The atmosphere alone makes it stand out, and the gelato options are rich, creamy, and very well presented. Definitely a spot I’d come back to when I’m craving something sweet.

Love, love, love this place! This is probably one of the best ice cream / gelato shops that I have been to in the US. Their gelato taste just like the ones you get in Italy. Absolutely amazing. It is not too sweet and I was enthralled they actually had vegan/dairy free gelato in strawberry, raspberry, chocolate. The flavors of the strawberry and raspberry are so fresh and they taste like they were made from fresh fruit. I can't get enough of it.

Good first experience. Lots of different flavors to choose from and free samplings available. Tables and chairs are clean. Staff is accommodating. Temperature inside on a 90 degree day - not ideal. Felt like the AC wasn't working and blowing cool air. Restroom - very clean. Please add a hook so women can hang their bags. Overall a solid 4-star experience.

Bacio di Latte has amazing gelato. I’m so happy they opened at the Calabasas Commons, it’s already one of my favorite spots with all the fun little shops, and now it’s even better. Service is very attentive and the ambiance is great! The ice cream is super rich and creamy, my favorite raspberry flavor. Their coffee is next level too.
