Baja Fresh

Food is always good and consistent, and this is a clean well run location. The only reason I am leaving this review is because of Alex. Alex elevates this place to another level. It feels like Alex knew me by name before I even walked in the first time. I’m not exaggerating when I say Alex has turned my whole day around and made it better several times. Alex is what makes this location worth coming back to again and again. You’re lucky if you have an Alex at your location, and I know it’s only a matter of time before Alex is doing bigger things, so I just wanted to take a minute to say Alex, you’re making people’s days better and I hope that it takes you as far as you want to go in life.

Say hello to Nico he is the New talent there at Baja Fresh. Friendly kid and eager to help. Restaurant is very clean and the food is great, their 6 Chili salsa really is awesome choc full of flavor with just the right amount of heat. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I used to order here very often as it one of the places where they have vegan options and it’s close by my office. I ordered online multiple times and usually pick up my order in person during the lunch time. In one of this times I went back and said that their salsa they put to the side went bad - it smells rotten, looks bad, has a pickled taste. They apologized and replaced it promising that it will not happen again. Today I ordered the impossible bowl and again all salsa both inside the bowl and on the side went bad, it’s rotten. Unfortunately, they didn’t learn anything from the mistakes. I’ll not order anything here again, the worst quality food ever.

I am beyond a fan of this Baja! From the moment I walk in I am greeted by the friendliest staff. Junior the manager & his staff have made this such an amazing experience. I go Monday through Friday (almost) and get two tacos Baja no salsa and every time it is PERFECT! Love it here! Thank you Baja Calabasas.
