I recently purchased a BMW 530e from Bob Smith BMW, and I truly cannot say enough about Raymond Beaudry. Coming from a luxury brand background myself, I have incredibly high standards for service, and I’ll be the first to admit that I was not an easy client. Between my expectations and the genuine nerves of moving away from a gas car, I know I was difficult to deal with at times. This was a major transition for me, and the stress of making the right move definitely came across in my interactions. Raymond was absolute gold. He is far more than just a Sales Associate; he is a master of client relations. He managed my stress with impeccable patience and a level of professionalism that is rare to find today. From the moment I got to the dealership I felt comfortable. I didn’t fell like everyone was acting like vultures compared to other dealerships I’ve visited. I didn’t fell arrive late. It was 6:30 when I got there and they were closing at 7 but Martik wasn’t worried about the time. He took his time answering all questions I had about 2 different cars. I went there for 2 specific cars but left in something different. Also I didn’t feel pressured or anything by Martik. He was very helpful. Again thank you Martik and I’m very happy with my car.

We bought my wife a new ‘27 X6 at Bob Smith BMW in Calabasas. From the top down, the staff at Bob Smith couldn’t have been more professional, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and fun! They made our purchase experience truly easy and enjoyable! Matt Smith, Naeim, Alex, Hans & Nico were all exceptional! We love the new X6 and look forward to many years with our new BMW family!

I recently picked up a CPO BMW iX from Bob Smith BMW, working with Justin in sales. I live an hour north, but they had the exact car I wanted. The whole process was easy, and I felt well represented the whole time. I really appreciate the great job Justin and the team did to work with my schedule to make it happen. Kudos as well to the folks who prepared the car for CPO sale, they made a 3 year old car feel brand new. Thanks!
