I’ve purchased 3 Mini’s and all at the calabasas Mini. I’ve loved Mini’s since I could remember. My 2019 Countryman was totaled and I was hesitant to purchase another vehicle. I looked at other options, but other vehicles don’t give me the same experience I love from Mini’s. Not only that, but the customer service is amazing. Miki and Chris from calabasas mini are just great! They didn’t make me feel pressured with the traumatic accident I had and they went out of their way to help me find the perfect Mini for me. They called other Minis to see if they had what I was looking for to have it shipped to calabasas, something that not a lot of sales reps do. Most will try to just get you to buy a car that they had on the lot. But not these guys! They are the best and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Designed an EV Countryman with Miklos Forgo, a MINI Motoring Advisor with Bob Smith Mini, and it was delivered from Germany about 2 1/2 months after. The purchasing experience often takes longer than preferred, but that's the nature of the industry. Mr. Forgo was thorough in helping set up the car, and the results are extraordinary. Just great knowledge and service from end to end. This EV Countryman was the perfect choice for someone that drives in the city, and not too bad for longer drives. The battery is about 250 miles on a 95% charge - better than expected. The drive is pristine.
