I’m a local resident and a regular customer of the Bristol Farms Woodland Hills location, and I’ve always enjoyed shopping here with my baby frenchie for her daily intake fruits - until this experience. During my visit, I picked up an item I intended to purchase and briefly took out my phone. A manager approached me and asked, “Are you buying that bag?” in a tone that felt confrontational and unnecessary. What made the situation worse was that when I asked another associate for corporate contact information, the same manager approached me again and continued the interaction in front of other customers instead of de-escalating. There was no attempt to handle the situation professionally. I understand store policies, but the way this was handled—especially by a manager—was disappointing and not aligned with the level of customer service I would expect. I hope management addresses this

Honestly im still trying to figure out how I feel about this place. Its got a nice selection and the staff was friendly enough I guess, but everything felt way overpriced for what you get. they have that fancy grocery vibe but the produce was just okay not really any better than a regular supermarket. I left feeling like I payed more for the experiance than the actual food

BRISTOL FARMS is a luxurious grocery store selling an extensive selection of high quality consumables, alcoholic beverages, and sundries. Long isles display packaged goods; separate departments include prime meats, fish, poultry, fruits and vegetables. The selection of alcoholic beverages is impressive. Their selection of vegan and gluten free foods is sizable. As you would expect, the service is excellent. There are employees, throughout the store, who will accompany you when you're looking for an item. In a store this large and deeply stocked that's a major advantage. STUFF: Prices are moderate to high. On Tuesdays, seniors receive a 10% discount off their entire order. Parking is free and easy. Everything's ADA compatible.

I visited Bristol Farms Woodland Hills for the first time last week, and I was very impressed by their selection and quality of products. They have a friendly and helpful staff, a clean and organized store, and a variety of specialty foods and beverages to choose from. I especially enjoyed their salad bar happy hour, where I got a delicious and fresh salad for a great price. They also have a hot food bar with different cuisines, a bakery with mouth-watering pastries, and a sushi department with authentic and tasty sushi. I also noticed that they have a wine, beer, and spirits section, as well as a coffee, juice, and smoothie bar. I will definitely come back to try more of their offerings and to buy some of their gourmet and organic groceries. Bristol Farms Woodland Hills is a gem in the neighborhood, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality and satisfying shopping e
