As a local of over 30 years, I've only recently taken my car to this car wash twice. Both times, they will intentionally miss something, like vacuuming the trunk or the entire back portion of the car. ALL TIMES THEY WILL NICK AND SCRATCH THE INTERIOR OF YOUR CAR. I brought this up with them and the manager will refuse to provide their liability insurance or take responsibility. If you love your car, take it somewhere else or get it professionally detailed by a reputable mobile detail service. Horrible people running this car wash. Don't patronize them. They don't treat customers well and you'll have to drag them to small claims court to get repairs done. The gas station attendant told me to inspect the car immediately upon receiving keys back from the wash personnel. If you have a cheap car - bring it here! No prob. If you're like us locals with a stable of very nice cars, according to this business - you better take a good half hour and inspect everything inside and out on your car before you drive off with it. Don't leave that property until you've looked at everything and caught them for every penny of damages they owe you. Use the filter function to read all the one star reviews.

This place overcharges for a subpar car wash and the manager Vicente is not helpful at all. I paid $80 for a car wash and when it was completed, I noticed there were 2 bird dropping spots that did not come all the way off. When I told Vicente , he said “you didn’t tell me about those spots.” He said it would cost an additional $40 to polish it so it can come out. This place takes advantage of its customers and the manager Vicente charges different prices every time I come and offers no customer service. Never coming back and will make sure I let my entire family to never come back.

I was traveling from out of town and my car needed a good spa treatment. I was so impressed with how hard they worked to get my car sparkling clean inside and out! They even filled my tank up with gas! It was a real treat for me! Such a lucky find! Thank you!

Great customer service, Victor (the guy you'll see once driving in) always greets me nicely, and knows what wash I go for. Not the cheapest but that's calabasas prices, amazing value bringing my car back to life.
