I’ve never been more comfortable in a doctors office in my entire life! Dr. Ali is incredible and Gilda is amazing! I have been doing the HBOT machine and different brain exercises to help with my chronic fatigue, dizziness, and migraines. I am so happy I found California Brain and Spine Center, because they truly listen and understand how people are feeling. Dr. Ali is extremely knowledgeable and so patient! My symptoms are finally being recognized and taken seriously. I have tried everything to try and fix my health problems, but nothing has worked until I came here. So happy to finally be on the road to recovery! I definitely recommend coming here, your life will be changed!

Gilda and Dr. Chizari are absolutely amazing. My improvement has truly made a difference in my life . When I first came to California Brain and spine center I had severe days in this vertigo, double vision and balance issues. I was walking with a walker and didn’t have confidence walking on my own. Now I feel so much more stable. I no longer need my walker. I received genuine care. Gilda is always kind patient and supportive. She has left a deep level of compassion in me. I highly recommend California Brain in spin center to anyone looking for exceptional care.

I came to California Brain & Spine Center after exhausting every option with other medical professionals and still finding no answers. I had been diagnosed with PPPD and VBD and had been suffering for nearly five years—three of those years were absolutely unbearable. My condition forced me to stop working and go on disability. I couldn’t tolerate looking at a computer screen, much less drive. I lived in a constant state of disorientation, brain fog, and overwhelming anxiety. My blood pressure was high, and I made countless trips to the ER. Even something as simple as sleep became a nightmare. I would go to bed dizzy and wake up dizzy. Medications didn’t help at all. I felt hopeless and desperate to get my life back, but no one could tell me what was truly going on. Everything changed when I found Dr. Chizari. From the very first visit, he gave me something I hadn’t felt in years—hope. Through his unique methods and data-driven approach, he was able to understand what was happening with my brain in a way no one else had. Beyond his expertise, he is a genuinely kind, compassionate, and attentive doctor who truly cares about his patients. Because of Dr. Chizari and his work, I am now functional again.
