Let me just start by saying or family loves BBQ. We've traveled all over the south, and check out at least one spot in every city. I never expected to find a place this good, this authentic, in California. The food experience was so phenomenal. Wagyu brisket was my favorite. I'm a traditionalist, I don't like a lot of sauce. This place let's the meat speak for itself. Wonderfully seasoned. My wife was all about the ribs, and they were amazingly moist. She had me try their mustard based sauce and wow, was it good. If your in the area, or not... just make it a destination. You won't be disappointed.

Jesse is the best he is a delight and has better food than anyplace on earth you have to make this one of your favorite places to go and when you do you will get hooked 🪝 like a fish 🐟 not just for the food but the homemade beers that they make and tv's are everywhere you will have to try them all and great music and mention me and get some good laughs

The Cuckoos nest offers a variety of delicious meats. Southern style smoked flavors will take over your mouth. The sides are the most flavorful dishes you can imagine. By far the best food in California! No other place can compare. I would highly recommend the.
